Thanks for visiting my blog. I am glad you found me and I hope you join me in my journey of learning how to improve my life as well as my health. By figuring out how to do that, I can pass that knowledge to you. Since I am about to become a mom myself, I decided that I will focus on mothers and babies when writing my blog posts. I hope we can create a little community and help each other out. I’m also a Registered Dietitian and so I would love to enrich this community with my knowledge by providing nutrition tips that can be used by mothers and their babies anywhere, any time! I will start by posting biweekly blog posts/articles. They may be personal filled with my experiences as a mom or educational with evidence based knowledge that I posses in the field of food and nutrition. I created three simple categories:
1) Mother’s World – this section will be all about you! The mother. Here you will likely find healthy eating tips, recipes, fitness tips as well as experiences of motherhood. Feedback extremely welcome!
2) Your Baby – here we will talk about babies! I might discuss nursing, baby nutrition, what I am experiencing with my own baby, obstacles & solutions, etc. Comments more than welcome!
3) Baby Products – I will try to discuss what has worked and hasn’t worked for my baby and I as far as all those lovely baby products go that you can buy at the stores. Your feedback is welcome to in the comments section.
